Donna Stram
CEO
Donna is a 35 year clinical research professional, specializing in Clinical Operations, Project Management, and Quality Assurance. Ms. Stram is the CEO of Chimera Clinical Management and also a Lead Project Manager and Sr. QA consultant.
Kate Cabrera
Senior Clinical Trial Associate
Kate began her clinical research career in 2019 as a Documentation Associate and advanced to a CTA role in 2020. Ms. Cabrera was promoted to Senior CTA in January of 2023. With a background in Technical Writing, she also assists with the writing and editing of study documents and SOPs.

Ms. Scheiner is a 25+ year clinical research professional and former Critical Care nurse. She has a broad therapeutic and research background.

Mr. Banta has worked in clinical research technology for more than 30 years. Mark has a background in programming, regulatory document management, Investigational Review Boards, 21 CFR part 11 systems compliance and auditing.
